Inspired by shoaling fish this 36"x36" canvas is full of color and movement. Each fish has been hand printed on rice paper, then painted with my handmade watercolor paints. Once sealed and cut out I place the fish on the canvas to inspire a color story of movement.

I create vibrant paintings, block prints, and mixed-media works rooted in a lifelong connection to the coast.

My work begins with carving, printing, painting, and layering — processes that leave room for the unexpected. Fish, waves, boats, shells, stripes and fragments of the sea become recurring characters, reimagined through color, texture and repetition.
